Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, the first football team doctor at Al Ahly Club, revealed the latest developments regarding the condition of the injured players within the team, in preparation for the resumption of the league competitions.
He explained that defender Yassin Marai is continuing the final stage of his rehabilitation program, undergoing intensive training in the gym and on the field, following his groin injury during the match against Smouha.
He indicated that the player will undergo a final medical examination in the coming period to determine the date of his full return to group training.
In the same context, Al Ahly's doctor confirmed that Karim Fouad continues to follow his treatment program through physiotherapy sessions, along with physical rehabilitation exercises, to recover from the knee injury he recently sustained.
He added that the player is progressing steadily in the second phase of his rehabilitation program, undergoing regular check-ups in preparation for his return to group training according to the set plan.
