The Saudi Al-Nassr Club has once again requested the Professional League Association to respond to its official request regarding the rescheduling of its match against the Saudi Al-Ettifaq Club as part of the 29th round of competitions.

Al-Nassr management is seeking to move the match from April 24 to the 15th of the same month due to the team's upcoming continental matches, which may affect the players' readiness.

The club had submitted a similar request earlier in March, but the competition committee apologized for not implementing it without providing clear reasons, prompting the management to try again.

The new move came after the scheduling of Asian tournament matches on April 19 and 22, which created a time overlap that the club considers unsuitable.

Al-Nassr management believes that playing a continental match on April 22, followed by a local game just two days later, poses significant physical strain, especially if the match extends to extra time or penalty shootouts.

The administration has not yet received an official response from the association regarding the renewed request, amid anticipation within the club's corridors to resolve the situation.

Al-Nassr bases its request on the precedent of rescheduling matches for Al-Hilal Saudi Club, Al-Ahli Saudi Club, and Al-Ittihad Saudi Club, demanding the application of the principle of fairness in dealing with all teams.
