According to the report, Inter's management is no longer satisfied with the player's recent performance, especially after a decline in his scoring output. He has scored 12 goals and provided 5 assists in 36 matches this season, but he has failed to find the net in the last 8 games, causing concern within the club.

Doubts about Thuram's future have increased following his unconvincing performance in the absence of his injured teammate Lautaro Martinez, prompting the club's management to reassess his position before the summer transfer window opens.

The release clause in Thuram's contract, amounting to 85 million euros, is only valid during the month of July, giving interested clubs the opportunity to move and finalize the deal. It is more likely that he will transfer to the English Premier League rather than try his luck in the Saudi league, especially as he approaches his 29th year.
