Musiala Focuses on Recovery and Targets Real Madrid Clash and the World Cup
Thursday 26-03-2026
Jamal Musiala continues to dedicate about eight hours a day to recovery, between his training at the Säbener Straße field and performing rehabilitation exercises at home. The player is being cautious after his recent ankle injury, emphasizing that he will not rush his return until the pain has completely subsided.

The current plan at Bayern Munich is for Musiala to gradually join the team's training sessions over the next week, with short participations initially to ensure fitness recovery without risking aggravating the injury.

Despite Musiala's absence, the team delivered a strong performance, and with alternatives like Serge Gnabry and Lennart Carl, the club prefers to give him enough time to return to full fitness, which benefits both the player and the team.

Musiala aims in the short term to participate in the first leg match against Real Madrid, while his bigger goal is to reach his best form in preparation for the World Cup finals next summer.
