Al-Ahly Plans to Reinstate 3 Young Players in the Summer Transfer Window
Wednesday 25-03-2026
Officials of Al Ahly of Egypt have decided to bring back three players to the first team during the upcoming summer transfer window, as part of a plan to rebuild the team following a decline in results this season.

The media personality Ahmed Shobeir revealed that the management has decided to bring back the trio Ahmed Khaled Kabaka, Ahmed Abdeen, and Mohamed Abdullah after their loan periods ended, in order to strengthen the team with young players.

This step comes as part of the club's initiative to give opportunities to young players, with a new "roadmap" for the team following their exit from the African Champions League at the hands of Tunisian club Espérance Sportive de Tunis in the quarter-finals.

Al Ahly is focusing in the upcoming phase on fiercely competing for the Egyptian Premier League title, amidst the intense rivalry with Zamalek and Pyramids.
