Al-Ahly Awaits Gulf Contracts for Some of Its Stars
The journalist Khaled Al-Ghandour revealed that Al-Ahly's management is awaiting Gulf contracts for some of the red team's stars.
Al-Ghandour stated on his Facebook page: "Al-Ahly is awaiting Gulf contracts for some stars to approve their departure, in addition to getting rid of some names and some foreign players who have not performed well with Al-Ahly club."
Al Ahly bid farewell to the CAF Champions League after losing to Tunisian club Esperance with a score of 3-2 in the second leg of the quarter-finals.
The first leg of the quarter-final ended with Esperance winning 1-0.
