Hossam Abdel Moneim Comments on His Appointment as Technical Director of Zamalek Academy
Hossam Abdel-Monem, the former Zamalek star, commented on his appointment as the technical director of the Zamalek Academy.
The board of directors of Zamalek Club decided to appoint Hossam Abdel Moneim, the former football team star, as the technical director of the club's main football academy.
Hossam Abdel Moneim expressed his great happiness at being appointed to this position.
Abdel Moneim added, in statements to the club's media center, that he also felt happy after the reaction of Zamalek fans and their great support for him following his recent statements, noting that they are a support for all the club's members who have served it with utmost dedication.
He expressed his gratitude to Hussein Labib, the president of Zamalek, and Engineer Hisham Nasr, the vice president of the club, as well as all the board members, for their trust in him and for assigning him the new position.
He continued: "My goal in the upcoming period is to work on highlighting and presenting talented individuals from the academy to the junior and youth teams, to serve the first team in the future, as is always the case within the club, where its members carry the banner of defending and serving it in any position."
