The Saudi Arabian national football team is facing difficult logistical challenges ahead of their friendly match against the Serbian national football team, as part of their preparations for the 2026 World Cup.

The team will have to travel a distance of up to 160 kilometers by bus from Belgrade to the "TSC Arena" stadium, which will host the anticipated match.

The difficulties are not limited to land transportation only, as the team also faces an additional challenge due to the absence of direct flights between the two countries.

The option of renting a private jet also seems complicated due to the need for official approvals from civil aviation authorities and carrier companies, which requires time that does not align with the preparation schedule.

The regulations also impose an additional financial obligation, requiring the mission to bear the cost of the aircraft's return without passengers after delivering the team to Serbia.

The team is scheduled to depart for Serbia on March 28th in preparation for the friendly match at the end of the month.

Before this journey, the Green Falcons will face the Egyptian national football team in a friendly match on March 27 in Jeddah as part of their World Cup preparation program.
