The German Matthias Jaissle, coach of Al-Ahli Saudi, decided to grant the first team players a one-day break from training following the disappointing loss to Al-Qadisiyah in the Saudi Professional League competition.

Al-Ahli suffered a tough defeat with a score of 2-3 against Al-Qadisiyah, despite leading by two goals in the first half of the match, causing "The Elegant" to lose three crucial points at a sensitive time in the competition for the league title.

According to the Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah," Jaissle decided to give the players a day off on Saturday, with the team resuming training on Sunday in preparation for the anticipated match against Al-Hilal Saudi.

Al-Ahli is set to meet Al-Hilal in the Clasico match as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup competition, in a strong encounter during which the team aims to regain its balance after its recent loss.

The newspaper explained that Al-Ahly's program during the break has not been officially determined yet, as it is scheduled to be announced after the upcoming match against Al-Hilal.
