Belamri Bids Farewell to Rekragui with a Touching Message
Youssef Belamri, the Al-Ahli star, sent an emotional message to coach Walid Regragui following the announcement of his departure from coaching the Moroccan national team.
Belamri posted a picture with Regragui on his official Instagram account, saying: "Today, I write these words with a great deal of gratitude and appreciation for our national coach, Walid Regragui. You have granted me an honor that will remain immortal in my career, which is wearing the Moroccan national team jersey and defending the colors of my beloved country."
Belamri added: "It was not just a fleeting football experience, but a station full of lessons, confidence, and belief in our abilities as players. Under your leadership, we experienced historic moments that will remain etched in the memory of all Moroccans, and your achievements in the World Cup made the world applaud Moroccan football."
He continued: "I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust, and for everything you have done for me personally, whether with Fath Union Sport or the national team, and for the great work you have put in to develop football in our country. You were a leader before being a coach, and an inspiration to an entire generation of players."
He concluded: "I wish you all the best in your future endeavors, and you will always remain a part of the beautiful story we lived together with the national team jersey. Always Morocco."
