Highlights of the Sanctions from the Twentieth Round of the Egyptian Premier League

The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association has announced the penalties for the twentieth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

The main penalties of the twentieth round were as follows:

Al Ahly vs. Zed match:

- Mata Magasa, a player for Zed team, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to receiving a third warning.

- Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Aziz Youssef, a player for the Zed team, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to receiving his third yellow card.

- Ali Lotfi, the Zed goalkeeper, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to receiving his third yellow card.

- Ahmed Fathi, a player for Zed team, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to receiving his third yellow card.

- A fine of 50,000 Egyptian pounds was imposed on the Zed team due to the players receiving six yellow cards in the same match.

The penalties for the Zamalek vs. Pyramids match were as follows:

- Ahmed Atef "Qatta", a player for the Pyramids team, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to receiving his third yellow card.

- Mohamed Taher Al-Najjar, the administrator of the Pyramids team, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to being sent off after receiving two yellow cards in the same match.

- A warning was issued to the head coach of the Pyramids team, Krunoslav Jurčić, and a financial penalty of 20,000 pounds was imposed on him due to his absence from the press conference following the match.

- Mohamed Sobhi, the goalkeeper for the Zamalek team, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 Egyptian pounds due to receiving a third yellow card.

- A financial penalty of 10,000 pounds was imposed on the Zamalek team due to their delay in entering the field before the start of the match.
