Georgi Jesus, the coach of Al-Nassr, announced the position of the Professional League Association regarding the fate of the Saudi League in light of regional developments.

Jesus explained in statements to the Portuguese newspaper "Record" that the league held a meeting with the clubs and confirmed that the competition would continue without interruption.

He pointed out that the competitions will continue normally until the international break in March, with the season set to resume until late May.

The Portuguese coach expressed his sense of stability in Riyadh, noting that he has received messages of support since the beginning of the current events.

Regarding the continental championships, Jesus clarified that there is no clear new date for the matches against Al-Wasl after the postponement of the AFC Champions League quarter-final match.

Al-Nassr was scheduled to play the first leg in Dubai, before the Asian Football Confederation decided to postpone it indefinitely.

Al-Nassr is preparing to face Neom on Saturday, March 7, as part of the 25th round, where they lead the standings with 61 points.
