The reliable Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed this evening the truth about the circulating news regarding the departure of Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain and striker of Al-Nassr, from Saudi Arabia in the past few hours.

Romano confirmed on his account on the "X" platform that the reports claiming Ronaldo left Saudi Arabia with his family are completely untrue, describing them as false news.

He clarified that the Portuguese star is currently at the Al-Nassr training facility, undergoing his rehabilitation program after the crisis he faced in the last match, and he has not traveled to the Spanish capital, Madrid, as was rumored.

In the same context, Ronaldo is suffering from muscle fatigue, which led the Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus to substitute him during the last match against Al-Fayha in the Saudi Professional League.

Al-Nassr tops the league standings this season with 61 points, leading by two points over its rival Al-Hilal, which is in second place.
