According to "Al-Youm Al-Sabea" newspaper, the player does not object to renewing his contract, but he insists on including a clear clause in the new contract that grants him the right to pursue an international career if he receives a suitable offer for him and the club, without imposing prohibitive conditions that would hinder his departure, as pursuing a professional career abroad is his primary ambition for the upcoming stage.

The newspaper indicated that Abdel Majeed is waiting for the Zamalek management to officially open negotiations in the coming period, especially since the club is keen to extend his contract due to his importance in the main lineup.

She clarified that negotiations are still ongoing regarding the details of the professionalism clause, whether in terms of the specified financial value, the timing of its activation, or the nature of the offers that allow the player to leave under it.
