A press report today revealed the truth about the rumors regarding Zamalek's management reaching an agreement with Ahmed Abdelkader, the Al-Karma Iraqi player, in preparation for signing him for the upcoming season.

According to the "Win Win" website, Ahmed Abdelkader has not signed any preliminary contract with Zamalek so far, due to his existing contract with his current club, Al-Karma.

The report clarified that the decision for the player to leave and transfer to Zamalek does not solely depend on his desire, but primarily rests with the management of the Iraqi club, considering that the player is still under an official contract with the team.

Earlier press reports indicated that the Zamalek management is considering including Ahmed Abdelkader in their plans to strengthen the team for the new season, contingent upon the lifting of the registration ban imposed on the club due to outstanding dues to former players and coaches.
