The main penalties of the round were as follows:

The match between Ghazl El Mahalla and Pyramids:
Abdel Rahim Mostafa Abdel Rahim, a player for Ghazl El Mahalla, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to receiving his third yellow card.
Alaa Abdel Aal Al-Amin, the head coach of Ghazl El Mahalla team, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to receiving his third warning.
