Newcastle Confirms Superiority Over Qarabag and Advances to Champions League Round of 16

Newcastle United has qualified for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 after defeating Qarabag 3-2 in the second leg of the playoff, in the match held at Goodison Park.

The first leg between the two teams ended with a 6-1 victory for Newcastle.

Newcastle took the lead through Sandro Tonali in the 5th minute, while Joelinton scored a second goal for Newcastle in the 6th minute.

Qarabag reduced the deficit with a goal by Camilo Duran in the 51st minute, while Sven Botman scored a third goal for Newcastle in the 52nd minute, and Elvin Kavarkuliev scored a second goal for Qarabag in the 58th minute.
