Matthias Jaissle, the coach of Al-Ahli, commented on his team's hard-fought victory against Damac in the postponed tenth round of the Saudi Roshn League, in the match held at Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium in Abha.

Al Ahly secured a victory with a single goal scored by Franck Kessié, granting his team three valuable points in the race for the top spot.

After the match, Yaislah said: "We played a tough match, and I would like to commend the Damak team for their performance. If they continue at this level, their position in the standings will improve." He emphasized that his team did not perform at their best, but the defense took responsibility and succeeded in keeping a clean sheet.

The Al-Ahli coach added: "Playing here is not easy, we felt that since the training session, and all teams have struggled on this field, whether it's Al-Hilal or Al-Ittihad, but the most important thing is that we achieved victory," raising Al-Ahli's tally to 56 points and temporarily leading the standings.
