Fetouh said on his Instagram account: "I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the greatest and most loyal fans in the world. You are the source of happiness, inspiration, and loyalty. Without you, we wouldn't have achieved championships in the past years, nor would our victories have been this powerful and magnificent."

He added: "You are our true driving force. Your presence at every match, both inside and outside Egypt, is more than just support; you are the spirit, the strength, and the resilience. Your steadfastness always proves that we are the strongest because you are the team's number one player. How fortunate is every player who wore the Zamalek jersey and was loved by you, for your love is an honor and a status that cannot be bought."

He continued: "As one of the team captains, I apologize to you for being eliminated from the Egypt Cup. We missed your presence and we miss you greatly, because your presence is the primary and essential factor for our strength. You have been patient with us for a long time, and as a promise for your efforts and patience, we will give our all and will not hold back a drop of sweat in all upcoming tournaments for you and for your constant support. You have never held back your support for us, always providing full backing. We await you with us, as you are the essential and main element for all of us. We are united as one for the glory of our great club, and may God always bring us together in joy and happiness, and may we stand on the podiums together. Many thanks and appreciation, you are the most important, and you are the best source of happiness and inspiration always."
