Announcement of the Round of 16 Dates for the AFC Champions League for the Elite with the Participation of the Saudi Trio
The Asian Football Confederation has unveiled the schedule for the Round of 16 matches of the AFC Champions League for the elite, with the participation of Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli, and Al-Ittihad.
Al Hilal will clash with Al Sadd, while Al Ahli will meet Al Duhail. Meanwhile, Al Ittihad will face Al Wahda, and Tractor will play against Shabab Al Ahli Dubai.
The first leg match between Al Ahly and Al Duhail will be held on Monday, 13th of Ramadan, at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium at 9:15 PM, while the second leg will take place on the 20th of Ramadan at Al Jawhara Stadium at the same time.
As for Al-Hilal, they will play the first leg against Al-Sadd on Tuesday, 14th of Ramadan, at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium at 9:15 PM, with the second leg scheduled for the 21st of Ramadan at the Kingdom Arena at the same time.
The match between Al-Ittihad and Al-Wahda will take place on the first leg on April 14th at Al Nahyan Stadium at 9:00 PM, while the return match will be held on April 21st at King Abdullah Sports City at 9:15 PM.
Al-Hilal topped its group with 22 points, surpassing Al-Ahli, which came in second with the same number of points, while Al-Ittihad qualified from fourth place after collecting 15 points at the end of the group stage.
