Press reports have revealed a tense atmosphere within the ranks of Egypt's Al Ahly, amid discontent among several players towards Danish coach Jes Torup, due to tactical decisions related to team formation and participation.

According to some reports, Moroccan left-back Youssef Belamri has expressed his dissatisfaction with not being part of the starting lineup since joining, as the coaching staff relies on Ahmed Nabil Kouka in the left flank position. This raises concerns for the player about his chances of being included in the Moroccan national team's squad for the upcoming World Cup.

Sources indicated that Belamri is not the only player feeling discontent, as striker Mohamed Sherif has expressed his frustration over being repeatedly left out of recent match plans, despite the decline in performance of some new signings in the forward position, namely Kamouish and Marwan Osman, according to the report.

Goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shenawy is also concerned about the rotation policy in the goalkeeper position between him and Mostafa Shobeir, as the team captain fears that his frequent absence from the starting lineup might affect his position with the Egyptian national team in upcoming commitments.

The club management is expected to hold internal meetings in the coming days to contain the situation, aiming to maintain technical stability before entering crucial matches in the near future.
