Spanish Federation Announces Date and Venue for Copa del Rey Final
The Spanish Football Federation announced the date and venue for the final match of the Copa del Rey for the current 2025/2026 season, according to an official statement released today, Wednesday.
The final match will be held at La Cartuja Stadium in the city of Seville on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10:00 PM Cairo time, according to an official source from the Spanish Football Federation.
Four clubs are competing to reach the final match: Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Real Sociedad, and Athletic Bilbao. Barcelona previously lost the first leg of the semi-final against Atletico Madrid with a score of 4-0, while Real Sociedad defeated Athletic Bilbao 1-0 in the first leg.
The second leg of the semi-finals will be held over the course of March 3 and 4, with Barcelona hosting Atletico Madrid at Camp Nou on March 3, while Real Sociedad will host Athletic Bilbao at Anoeta Stadium on March 4.
