Mustafa Kabeel, the star of Erbil, Iraq, said that the club's management promised to allow him to move to Al Ahly of Egypt next summer.
Qabil said in statements to the Iraqi "E News" channel: "The transfer file to Al-Ahly is in the hands of Erbil's management, and they promised to allow me to leave next summer if an agreement is reached."
He continued: "We are working on addressing the negatives after some recent results and striving to regain balance and return to victories to maintain our position in the standings."
The player confirmed that several clubs from the Russian, Saudi, and Iraqi leagues have expressed interest in signing him.
