Al Ahli Defeats Shabab Al Ahli with a Four-Goal Victory at the End of the First Round of the Asian Elite

Al-Ahli Jeddah achieved an exciting victory over its guest Shabab Al-Ahli with a score of 4-3, in a strong match within the eighth and final round of the West Group in the AFC Champions League for the elite.

The match was held at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium, where Al-Ahli started the game with a lineup that included Abdulrahman Al-Sanabi, Zakaria Hawsawi, Rayan Hamed, Roger Ibañez, and Ali Majrashi, along with a group of key players.

Firas Al-Buraikan opened the scoring early in the 12th minute after a precise pass from Riyad Mahrez, placing the ball into the net to announce the home team's lead.

Al-Ahly added the second goal in the 35th minute after a grave mistake by the Shabab Al-Ahly goalkeeper while handling a pass from his teammate, before Frenchman Enzo Millot reinforced the score with a third goal in the injury time of the first half.

With the start of the second half, Saleh Abu Al-Shamat scored the fourth goal from a penalty kick in the 52nd minute, confirming Al-Ahli's superiority and making the task more difficult for the Emirati team.

Bruno Cascardo reduced the deficit with a first goal for Shabab Al Ahli in the 66th minute, then returned to add the second in the 78th minute after an impressive individual effort inside the penalty area.

In the final moments, Mohamed Juma scored the third goal for the visitors in the 95th minute, but the match ended with Al Ahly winning 4-3, raising their tally to 17 points in second place, while Shabab Al Ahly remained at 11 points in sixth place.
