The Union Launches Global Partnerships to Build a Sports Village

Al-Ittihad Club announced the commencement of a new phase in the club's sports village project by completing the detailed design work for the plan, as part of an ambitious vision to develop sports facilities within the Kingdom.

The statement revealed that the club's company, represented by the Director of Facilities and Infrastructure Management, Engineer Hassan Harsani, has signed an agreement with Parsons to take on the role of consultant and project management.

The FIA company has also been contracted as the main designer for the new village, in the presence of the club's CEO, Dominikos Oliveira.

The master plan includes integrated facilities comprising the administrative headquarters, training fields for the first team and the youth sector, in addition to performance development centers and investment facilities that support financial and commercial sustainability, while adhering to environmental sustainability standards.

The club confirmed that the quality of the site and the integration of the project elements will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, improving the fan experience, and boosting player readiness, in line with future growth aspirations.

The project is located near King Abdullah Sports City, providing it with a direct connection to its urban surroundings, making it a global sports destination in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The statement concluded by emphasizing that cooperation with global expertise firms embodies the union's commitment to building a modern model for club facilities, enhancing the sports infrastructure regionally according to the highest international standards.
