Hossam El-Mandouh, the treasurer of Zamalek Club, revealed that Jawhar Nabil, the Minister of Youth and Sports, confirmed his support and assistance to the White Club regarding the 6th of October land issue during a meeting between the Zamalek board and the minister.

In a radio statement, Al-Mandouh said: "The meeting was extremely positive, and what pleased the board of directors was Captain Jawhar Nabil's emphasis on the need for unity to rescue Zamalek Club from the current financial crisis."

Al-Mandouh added that Jawhar Nabil promised to support Zamalek in the October branch file, as the minister considered the opening of the new branch a fundamental right of the club to increase its investments and resources, affirming that the move to resolve the crisis would be swift and immediate.

He emphasized that the goal of this phase is the financial independence of clubs through the state's support for investment opportunities and economic activities, to serve as a sustainable alternative to the traditional financial support provided by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
