Kessié Approaches Juventus for Free in Summer Transfers
Saturday 14-02-2026
Juventus has reopened negotiations with Franck Kessié, the star of Al-Ahli Saudi, in preparation for signing him in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The newspaper Tutto Mercato revealed that the management of the Italian club has renewed its interest in the Ivorian midfielder, after his name had been on the table since the last winter transfer window.

Kessié is held in high regard within the ranks of "The Old Lady," especially with the possibility of his transfer without a financial fee if his contract with Al-Ahly expires next summer.

The player's contract with Al-Ahli ends at the end of the season, amid reports of the management's desire to renew his contract and keep him as part of the team's technical project.

The Ivorian international is seen as an ideal option to strengthen Juventus' midfield, benefiting from his previous experience in the Italian league with Milan and Atalanta, in addition to his physical and tactical abilities.

Kessié transferred to Al-Ahli in September 2022 from Barcelona for 12.5 million euros. He participated in 104 matches, during which he scored 22 goals and made 12 assists, contributing to the team's victory in the AFC Champions League for the elite.

Al-Ahli continues its impressive local results after achieving a significant 5-2 victory over Al-Shabab in the 22nd round of the Saudi Professional League.
