The newspaper "Al-Masry Al-Youm" revealed that Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet, the star of Al-Ahly, will miss his team's match against the Royal Army in the African Champions League due to injury.

Al Ahly is preparing to face FAR Rabat tomorrow, Sunday, as part of the sixth round of the group stage in the CAF Champions League.

The newspaper reported that Trezeguet will miss the match due to an injury he is suffering from in the hamstring.

It was clarified that the player is scheduled to undergo medical examinations and additional scans in the coming hours to accurately assess the extent of the injury and to determine his response to the rehabilitation program. This is to set a date for his return to group training in preparation for his participation in matches.
