Chelsea star Liam Delap appeared in press statements following the 4-0 victory over Hull City in the match that brought the two teams together at the MKM Stadium as part of the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The English striker said in his interview: "We came here with one goal, which is to win. We showed our ability to fight and play beautiful football, so we are happy."

He added: "Pedro Neto is an amazing player. He plays in a position he is not accustomed to, but he has shown his high quality."

Regarding the opportunity he had in the first half when the ball hit the crossbar and then he followed it up but the goalkeeper saved it: "I swear I almost ran out of the field, I thought the ball had gone in and I was waiting for the referee's whistle. It was a reckless move on my part, but I was sure it had gone in."

He concluded on scoring from corner kicks: "We have our own methods to pressure the opponent from corner kicks. We were very close to scoring several times, and it's always nice to see our goals go into the net."
