Igor Tudor on the Verge of Joining Tottenham
Friday 13-02-2026
Tottenham Hotspur is close to appointing a new interim manager following the dismissal of Danish coach Thomas Frank, amid reports suggesting that Croatian coach Igor Tudor is one of the leading candidates to take on the role until the end of the current season.

Italian sources reported that negotiations between Tottenham's management and Tudor's representatives have already begun, with significant progress in discussions regarding a short-term contract extending until June 2026.

Tudor has good experience in European coaching, having previously managed Juventus before being dismissed in October 2025, and prior to that, Marseille and other teams. This makes him an interesting option for Tottenham's management, which is seeking quick technical stability and improvement in the team's declining results.

The London club hopes that the interim coach can lead the team through the remaining important matches in the Premier League, to avoid relegation and attempt to achieve the best possible position.
