A Strong Boost for Al-Nassr Before Al-Fateh with the Return of Mohamed Simakan
Thursday 12-02-2026
The medical team at Al-Nassr Club began preparing the French defender, Mohamed Simakan, from the first football team, through a special treatment session today, Thursday, in preparation for his participation in the upcoming match against Al-Fateh.

Simakan had complained of knee pain following the match against Al-Ittihad in the 21st round of the Roshn League, which kept him out of the encounter with Arkadag in the AFC Champions League 2.

The therapy session will determine the French defender's ability to return to group training in preparation for the match against Al-Fateh, according to Al-Riyadiyah newspaper.

At the same time, Al-Nassr regains eight players who have rejoined training after being absent from the squad for the recent Asian match against Arkadag.

The returning list includes Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane, Marcelo Brozovic, Kingsley Coman, Inigo Martinez, Joao Felix, Sultan Al-Ghannam, and Nawaf Al-Aqidi.

Al-Fateh will host its counterpart Al-Nassr next Saturday at Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium, as part of the 22nd round of the Roshn League. Al-Nassr is in second place with 49 points, while Al-Fateh is in tenth place with 24 points.
