Zizo Continues His Rehabilitation Program and Prepares to Return to Al-Ahly
Tuesday 10-02-2026
Ahmed Mostafa Zizo, a player for the Egyptian club Al Ahly, continues his rehabilitation and treatment program to recover from a hamstring injury, in preparation for returning to support the team in the upcoming period.

According to platform 274, Zizo is currently undergoing three physical therapy sessions daily and is expected to be ready to join the team in 3 to 4 weeks, giving him enough time to fully regain his physical and technical readiness.

The player was injured during the first half of the match between Al Ahly and Al Ahly Bank in the Egyptian League, which ended in a 1-1 draw, forcing him to miss the subsequent matches.

Zizo was absent from Al Ahly's recent match against Algeria's JS Kabylie, which ended in a goalless draw in the fifth round of Group B of the CAF Champions League, affecting coach Jesper Torup's options in the attack line.

The Al-Ahly management and coaching staff are eager to have the player back as soon as possible, especially since his return will strengthen the team's lineup and provide additional attacking options for the upcoming matches in the local league and the African Champions League.
