Al-Ahli Saudi Club returned with a goalless draw from their match against Al-Wahda UAE, in the encounter that brought the two teams together this evening as part of the seventh round of the AFC Champions League for the elite.

Al Ahly imposed its style on the course of the match held at Al Nahyan Stadium, having maintained 59% possession of the ball, while Al Wahda relatively retreated.

The Saudi team created three clear scoring opportunities but lacked the final touch in front of the goal, while Al-Wehda settled for two attempts that did not pose a significant threat to the net.

The match witnessed a strong tactical battle in the midfield, with disciplined defense from both teams, resulting in a goalless encounter until the final whistle.

With this result, Al-Ahli raised its tally to 14 points, occupying second place in the standings of Group B in the AFC Champions League for the elite, equal in points with Iran's Tractor and the UAE's Al-Wahda.
