The Union Reveals the List of Injured Players and Their Status for the Al-Gharafa Match

On Saturday evening, Al-Ittihad Club officially announced details of the injuries affecting eight players from the first football team during the current period.

The statement clarified that the medical team continues to monitor the health condition of Faisal Al-Ghamdi, Saleh Al-Shehri, Steven Bergwijn, and Saad Al-Mousa. They are all undergoing special treatment and rehabilitation programs to ensure their return to the field as soon as possible.

The federation indicated that the quartet Roger Fernandez, Moussa Diaby, Ahmed Sharahili, and Muhannad Sharahili underwent treatment for minor injuries in recent days and participated in specific rehabilitation programs to prevent their condition from worsening.

The union is preparing to face Qatar's Al-Gharafa, scheduled to take place at 9:15 PM next Tuesday, as part of the seventh round of the group stage in the current edition of the AFC Champions League for the elite.

Before the match, Al Ittihad team holds the sixth position in the group standings with 9 points, while Al Gharafa of Qatar is in ninth place with 6 points, making it imperative for the team to win to ensure advancement.
