Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya team managed to secure an important victory at the expense of its guest, Naft Maysan Club, in the match held at Karbala International Stadium as part of the seventeenth round of the Iraq Stars League.

In the eleventh minute, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya was able to score the first goal through Mohammad Jawad, giving the Falcons' squad an early lead.

The first half witnessed a relative advantage for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya in terms of pressure and ball possession, while Naft Maysan relied on defensive consolidation and quick counter-attacks.

The first half ended with Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya leading by a clean goal scored by Mohammad Jawad in the eleventh minute.

With the start of the second half, Mohammad Jawad added the second goal for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya with a beautiful header, extending the lead for the Falcons.

In the 75th minute, Naft Maysan scored a goal to reduce the deficit through player Fiqaar Abd.

With this victory, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya raised its tally to 37 points, topping the Iraq Stars League standings, while Naft Maysan's tally froze at 13 points in the seventeenth place.
