Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, the first football team doctor at Al Ahly Club, revealed details about Ahmed Sayed Zizo's injury, which he sustained during the match against Al Ahly Bank in the Egyptian Premier League.

Jaballah explained, in statements to Al Ahly's official website on Wednesday evening, that the player underwent an MRI scan which confirmed a second-degree strain in the hamstring muscle.

The Al-Ahly doctor indicated that, in coordination with Captain Walid Salah El-Din, the football director, it was decided to give Zizo a rest for three days, after which he will begin implementing the rehabilitation and physiotherapy program according to the specified medical protocol.

The technical staff of Al-Ahly, led by Danish coach Jes Thorup, was forced to substitute Zizo during the first half of the match against Al Ahly Bank, bringing in Hussein El Shahat instead, after the player complained of pain in his left hamstring.
