New Developments in Zamalek Coach File
The media personality Ahmed Shobeir, the former Al-Ahly star, confirmed that Moatamed Gamal will remain the head coach of Zamalek as long as the white team continues to win its matches.
In a radio statement, Shobeir said: "Things have calmed down within Zamalek regarding the head coach. It's clear that Moatamed Gamal will continue as the head coach of Zamalek, as long as the team keeps winning."
He added, "I hope there will be a message of reassurance from the council to Moatamed Gamal regarding his position, regardless of the results. What the coach is currently doing is akin to a miracle and much better than expected."
He continued: "Moatamed Gamal established a form for the team, and despite the absence of a large number of players, he managed to promote several outstanding players like Khodary and Mohamed Ibrahim, creating a second line within the team."
He concluded: "If Zamalek hires a foreign coach, he will need time to get to know the players and their types, especially the younger ones. During that time, things will be difficult, and Zamalek will not be able to win any titles."
