The media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour, former Zamalek star, revealed that Marcel Koller, the coach of Al-Ahly, requested the physical trainer to prepare a daily report on the condition of the team's player, Imam Ashour.

He explained on his program "Stad Al-Mehwar" that this comes after the player was penalized by being made to train alone and fined one and a half million pounds for failing to travel with the Al-Ahly delegation to Tanzania.

He added that the team's physical trainer decided to subject Imam Ashour to daily weight checks as part of a special rehabilitation and disciplinary program, aimed at monitoring his physical readiness and adherence to instructions during the penalty period.

Al Ahly will face Al Ahly Bank this evening, Tuesday, in the 17th round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Al Ahly occupies the third place in the Premier League standings with 26 points.
