The German club Bayern Munich officially announced today, Monday, the transfer of the young attacking player Edin Lešina to the Italian club Juventus.

The 19-year-old player has ended his contract with the Bavarian club, which he joined in 2015 at the age of eight. He progressed through all the youth teams of the club before joining Juventus.

Leshina participated with Bayern's reserve team in 33 matches, during which he scored three goals and assisted six others. He also appeared with Germany's under-19 national team in seven matches, scoring one goal.

Christoph Freund, the sporting director of Bayern Munich, said: "Aydin Lijina came to Bayern as a young talent and developed at our training center. Now he seeks to continue his career in European football at the highest level. We wish him all the best in his future."
