Everton Football Club is close to completing a loan deal with an option to buy for Chelsea's young winger, Tyrique George, until the end of the current season, in a move aimed at strengthening the team's attacking line.

According to journalist Nizar Kansila, George has received permission to travel to Merseyside for a medical examination in preparation for officially completing the deal before the winter transfer window closes. The two clubs are expected to announce the deal officially in the coming hours.

George is 19 years old and has shone with Chelsea's first team since last season, participating in 37 matches during which he scored 6 goals and made 6 assists, making him one of the promising talents at the London club.

This move by Everton comes to compensate for the absences in the team, especially after Jack Grealish's injury, which will keep him off the field for the rest of the season. This prompted the club's management to sign a young player capable of strengthening the attack line and providing the team with additional offensive options.
