The Spanish club Real Madrid revealed on its website the nature of the injury suffered by the English star Jude Bellingham during the match against Rayo Vallecano in the Spanish League.

The English star suffered an injury in the 9th minute, which prevented him from continuing the match, and was replaced by Brahim Diaz, in a game where Real Madrid narrowly won 2-1.

The club stated: "After conducting examinations today on our player Jude Bellingham by Real Madrid's medical services, he has been diagnosed with a tear in the semitendinosus muscle in his left leg. His health condition will be monitored."

According to numerous press reports, Bellingham will be absent from Real Madrid for 4 weeks due to this injury.

The English star is set to miss the matches against Valencia, Real Sociedad, both encounters with Benfica, Osasuna, and Getafe.
