Ahmed Yasser Rayan, the former Al Ahly player, revealed that Zamalek is open to the departure of Mahmoud Awad, the goalkeeper of the White team.

Yasser stated on his Facebook account: "After his objection to not participating in the Petrojet match and his deviation from the script and failure to adhere to the coaching staff's instructions, Zamalek's management is very open to the departure of Mohamed Awad during the current transfer window if a suitable official offer for the goalkeeper is received."

Zamalek secured a 2-0 victory against Petrojet last Wednesday in the 16th round of the Egyptian Premier League.

The White Knights will face Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi today at 9:00 PM Cairo time in the fourth round of the group stage of the African Confederation Cup.
