Al-Okhdood Club announced through its official account on the "X" platform that it has signed left-back Muath Faqihi on loan from Al-Ittihad Club until the end of the current season, during the current winter transfer window.

The Al-Ittihad club agreed to loan the player to give him the opportunity to participate regularly and gain more experience, given the difficulty he faced in getting enough playing time with the team in the past period.

Muadh Faqihi, aged 23, joined the ranks of Al-Ittihad in the summer of 2024, coming from Al-Hilal, with a contract extending until 2028. He participated with the team in 6 matches across various tournaments this season, totaling 207 minutes.

Faqihi is looking forward to delivering outstanding performances with Al-Akhdood, hoping to establish himself, make a strong comeback, and achieve his goal of joining the Saudi national team squad nominated to participate in the upcoming World Cup.
