Ramadan Sobhi, the star of Pyramids Club, expressed his gratitude to the board of directors of Al Ahly Club, led by Mahmoud El Khatib, for intervening to resolve his recent issue.

The Giza Criminal Court accepted Ramadan Sobhi's appeal and canceled his one-year prison sentence in the case of forgery of official documents. The court decided to suspend the execution of the sentence for three years.

Ramadan Sobhi said on Instagram: "Thank you from the bottom of my heart... Thanks, after God, to my family, friends, and everyone who stood by me during my recent crisis, whether with a word, a prayer, or even with pure intentions. This support made a huge difference for me, and I will never forget it for the rest of my life."

He added, "A big thank you to the owners of Pyramids Club not only for the support but also for the trust and the clear humanitarian stance without any calculations from the very first moment."

He continued: "Special thanks to the board of Al Ahly Club, headed by Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, for their humane stance from the start and their legal support until the crisis passed smoothly. Al Ahly is my home, and I have never forgotten, nor will I ever forget, its favor upon me."

He concluded his statements: "I apologize to everyone who sent me a message or called me and I couldn't respond. I assure you that your messages and support have reached me and had a significant impact on me. May God spare everyone from crises, and if they do occur, may He send them people like you. A thousand thanks."

The Al Ahly board of directors, chaired by Mahmoud El Khatib, announced the formation of a legal committee to support the player as he is considered one of the club's own.
