AC Milan has reached a final agreement with Hellas Verona to sign player Al-Fadjo Cisse during the current transfer window, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
According to the details, the deal was valued at 8 million euros as a fixed fee, in addition to 1.5 million euros in incentives and variables linked to the player's performance.
