The match is officiated by Mauritanian referee Abdel Aziz Bouh, assisted by Hamdine Diba as the first assistant, Khalidou Ba as the second assistant, and Moussa Diou as the fourth official.
The meeting is being observed by Yacoub Ali from Djibouti, with Koko Djopi from Togo monitoring the performance of the referees, and the general coordinator is Mohamed Jido from Mauritania.
