The management of Al-Okhdood Club has moved seriously to sign Moath Faqihi on loan, after reaching a preliminary agreement with Al-Ittihad Club, pending the official announcement in the coming days.

According to reports, the negotiations between the two parties have seen significant progress, with a clear desire from Akhdood to finalize the deal quickly to strengthen the team's lineup.

Reports indicated that the player was of interest to more than one club during the winter transfer window, before Al-Akhdooud succeeded in securing the advantage in negotiations and reaching the final stage.

Muadh Faqihi aspires to gain more playing time in order to prove his technical and physical capabilities and to be considered by the French coach Hervé Renard for the Saudi national team.

This move comes after Faqihi's absence from Al-Ittihad's starting lineup this season, as coach Sergio Conceicao relies on the duo Hassan Kadesh and Mario Mitaj in the left-back position.
