Juventus Continues Negotiations with Genoa Defender
Thursday 29-01-2026
Juventus continued its talks with Genoa officials on Wednesday to get the latest updates regarding the transfer of young English defender Brooke Norton-Cuffy, according to the Italian newspaper 'Tutto Sport.'

The Italian team intends to complete the deal in the form of a loan with a mandatory purchase clause if Juventus qualifies for the Champions League, while Genoa insists on a price close to 25 million euros, with a 20% resale clause in favor of Arsenal on the former English club player.

Juventus' interest in the English star comes after the appointment of Marco Ottolini, the former Genoa sporting director, to the Italian club's ranks at the beginning of January, which strengthened the club's desire to include Norton-Cuffy, who has always been a priority for them.

Meanwhile, Juventus continues to seek other reinforcements, including signing a new striker, with Randal Kolo Muani becoming the main target, in addition to looking for a right-back to strengthen the defense line.

These moves come as the winter transfer market is nearing its end, with Juventus eager to support the team's ranks under the leadership of Luciano Spalletti.
