Press reports have revealed a new move by Atlético Madrid to strengthen their attacking line, as the Spanish club has prioritized Egyptian striker Omar Marmoush, a Manchester City player, in the upcoming period, given the team's need for a forward capable of making a scoring difference.

According to the "Fichajes" website, Atletico Madrid is considering making an offer to acquire Marmoush on loan, with the deal including a purchase option. This interest comes at a time when the Egyptian player is not receiving the regular playing time he was hoping for with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

The same source indicated that the potential offer might include a purchase option worth 55 million euros, in addition to 15 million in variables, which are figures close to the amount Manchester City paid to sign Marmoush last season.

The report clarified that Marmoush, despite joining Manchester City for around 75 million euros, has not succeeded in establishing himself as a regular starter in coach Pep Guardiola's lineup, which opens the door for a temporary exit in search of more playing time.

The loan option is suitable for all parties, as it gives Omar Marmoush the opportunity to regain his form in a team that needs his services, while providing Atletico Madrid with a forward who has high scoring abilities, especially given Julian Alvarez's inconsistent performance this season.
