Wednesday 28-01-2026
Portuguese Bruno Fernandes, Manchester United captain, has shown readiness to extend his contract with the English club if offered a new deal worth around £400,000 per week, according to the Daily Mirror.

The newspaper indicated that the 31-year-old midfielder is fully aware of his technical value within the team and knows that United's management does not want to lose him, given his pivotal role and clear impact on the team's performance in recent seasons.

The Portuguese star is expected to make his final decision regarding his future by the end of the current season, noting that his contract with the Red Devils ends in the summer of 2027.

Fernandes had been linked in the past period with the possibility of leaving the “Red Devils,” amid interest from several Saudi league clubs in acquiring his services, in addition to monitoring from some major European clubs.
